The Role
We're looking for a determined Working Student to work directly with our Head of Sales, Erika Root, to be at the forefront of driving our growth.
Your mission: spot potential customers, launch bold outbound strategies, and turn prospects into lasting partnerships. In our fast-paced environment, you’ll learn directly from experienced sales leaders, gain hands-on startup exposure, and build the foundation for a thriving career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- You plan, create and execute outreach Campaigns to drive the growth of qualified leads to sustainably expand our customer base + you will be measuring the success of campaigns to identify the ones that perform the best
- You boost the success rate of our team by organizing and crafting personalized, high-impact emails and calls.
- You will be responsible for creating lead lists and target customers matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and has strong conversion potential.
- Together with our Head of Sales, you track your KPIs, share learnings, and continuously level up your performance.
- You will be working with our Founders Associate on making sure our Go-to-market initiatives like Webinars and Events actually convert into customers
- You will also have the opportunity to join our Events and learn how to personally approach customers
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- Completed Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s program (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Law)
- First relevant internships or working student roles in consultancy, investor or at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, previous Business Development and Sales experience is a strong plus
- Tech savvy: You know how to use the newest tools and are eager to implement AI wherever possible, experience with CRM Systems and Sales Tools e.g. Surfe is a plus
- You’re fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
- Experience with legal tech or professional services is a strong plus.
