We are a small team looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who thrives on technical excellence, takes ownership, and creates innovative solutions. Here, you’ll have a real impact – from architectural decisions to optimizing our platform for scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

Development & Architecture: Design new features for our Rails 7-based SaaS platform with a modern stack - without legacy.
AI & Automation: Develop AI-powered features that support companies in legal processing.
Scaling & performance: Optimize the platform for a growing user base and develop high-performance solutions
Code quality & best practices: Write clean, maintainable code and drive engineering excellence.
Tech Ownership: Make architecture and technology decisions that improve our platform sustainably.
Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with other developers to develop innovative solutions and continuously raise the standard within the team. Actively contribute your own experience.

What You Bring

At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies - you are not just a framework user, but understand the technological background.
Experience with scalable architectures (e.g. modular monolith, microservices).
