The Role
We're looking for a persistent and resilient Account Executive to work directly with our Head of Sales, Erika Root, to be at the forefront of driving our growth.
Your mission: owning the full Sales Cycle from creating outbound campaigns, spotting potential customers, leading sales calls and negotiations and closing deals!
In our fast-paced environment, you’ll be coached by our Head of Sales who is an Ex-Googler giving you the opportunity to master excellent Sales skills building the foundation for a thriving career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning your Book of Business and pipeline end-to-end: from lead generation (yes, including cold calling) to closing deals.
- Build trust with decision-makers through smart communication, genuine curiosity and strong business cases that you build yourself using your customers data and information
- Understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions that truly deliver value.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product: continuously improve our sales process and to participate in product development circling back customer feedback
- You will own your KPIs: track and analyse your sales data, using KPIs to measure and scale your impact + choosing the right sales motions to reach your sales goals
- You make sure every lead you generate matches our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and has strong conversion potential.
- Participate in Events to personally approach customers
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- Completed Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s program (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Law)
- 1-3 years work experience (working student fine as well) in Business Development, Sales, Go-to-market or Consulting at at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, investor or consultancy
